Anyone who wishes to apply for transcript should note the following requirements:
  1. Statement Of Result From Auchi Polytechnic.
  2. Official Email/Postal Address of the Institution/Organization requesting for the transcript
  3. Transcript Application Process Fee (Amount Specified on the payment page).

  • Click on the "Apply for Transcript" Button to access Transcript Application Form.

  • Fill the form accurately with the exact details as requested.

  • Upload PDF format of your Statement Of Result (Not Certificate) presented to you at the time of graduation.

  • Provide the Official Email/Postal Address of the Institution / Organization requesting for the transcript. This is the address that Auchi Polytechnic will send the official copy of the transcript to.

  • After Submission of the application form, you will be directed to the payment page. Prompt payment for transcript application is strongly advised as application later than two weeks without payment will be auto deleted from the system.

  • After Application, login to "Applicant Dashboard" for transcript application process status and further actions.

The completed and Verified Transcripts are sent by Auchi Polytechnic directly to the official email/postal address of the requesting institution / Organization provided during the transcript application. However, Students/Applicants can preview and download the student's copy (Marked as student's copy not certified) as soon as the transcript is verified.

Transcript Application that has exceeded two weeks without payment will be automatically cleared from the system to conserve system resources. It is strongly advised that payment be made immediately the application is submitted (Payment for transcript is part of the application process).
